JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician
PAY RATE: $12.00/hr.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a temporary long-term position that requires an individual that can do general building maintenance. This job has the possibility of going permanent.
Cabinet repair
Bathroom repair
Paint touch up
Replacement of Fixtures
Light Bulb changes
Other duties as assigned and relevant to job title.
